Changing Inside and Out
As a part of making healthier lifestyle choices I use a blood pressure monitor regularly. I have been trying to exercise and eat a healthier diet in order to lose weight and reduce my blood pressure. I measure my blood pressure once a day while resting and once a day after exercise. I record my results and bring them with me to my doctors. It is simple to do and a great way to see how my body is changing on the inside from my actions. Taking my blood pressure is another way to help me stay focused on my health goals. Thanks to my monitor I think I will be able to avoid taking medications.
