What program do I download to create techno music?

I really love techno/screamo music, and I can scream pretty well, so I have decided to make some techno music.
Does anyone know a good program that I can download to make some?

    there are a few programs that my friends as dj’s have told me about.

    the one mostly used is virtual dj.

    but im not sure that’s what your looking for unless your going to use pre-made songs and just want to mix them together to put your own twist to the songs.
