Here's the site for 88.9

http://www.wers.org/

You can listen to it, record it for later listening all you want through streaming. But you probably knew that already

OR

if you'd like to receive the signal at home the very best FM antenna I know of for the price is the TERK FM 4000

http://www.bestwebbuys.com/electronics/TERK_FM_4000_Radio_antenna-4277365.html?isrc=e-search

It's pretty pricy on this website, but I'seen it for as low as $22 on others -- try ebay

I understand that TERK also makes some good signal reception boosters (antennas) for your car -- sorry out of time -- hope that helps
References :
Definitly, radio raves are transmitted through the air as a conductor and if you're in close enough range of Boston, you could pick up on those waves, ESPECIALLY if you have a god radio system. Also, I don't know why but when it rains near my house, I can pick up on Boston stations and I live in RI. What could help you pick up out of state stations also wrap alluminum foil on the antena, lmao, it sounds crazy but it always helps me, lol.
References :
.....I love music

The first link is self explanatory. The second is a data base of all different resources for electronic goods.
Enjoy it.
References :
http://www.satelliteradioexperts.com/radio-receivers_c_3.html

FM long distance signals are delivered by tropospheric enhancement and sporadic e-skip.

If the signals are not making it to you, you will not be able to hear them. Don't matter how great of a receiver you have.
