what software/program to use to record online radio set?
I want to record set that will be on online radio
what program will do that for me and convert it to mp3?

Download the free audio program called Audacity from:
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
It will record whatever is currently playing on your PC.
When finished you can do File | Save as mp3
Make sure you have a little experiment first before you record your online radio session.
