Finding the Right Balance

A good rule of thumb is to have 1% to 2% keyword density in your content. There is a nice free program out there that helps you find that balance, make sure your content is unique and discover LSI keywords that go along with your industry. It is called DupeFree Pro. You could calculate things out by hand, but why do that when you can have a program that does it for free. Once you have run the LSI and have a few related keywords, you can also add those to your article to get better search engine optimization results, but its not required.
