		<description>Personally I would say that a 21 month old is way too old for a cosy toes, this is why they don&#039;t really make them.  He probably doesn&#039;t mind being cold otherwise he wouldn&#039;t pull them out of the blanket.  

If you want him to be warm put tights on under his trousers and put fur lined boots on him.  Put waterproof trousers on if it is wet and you are worried.  

Try to get him to walk as much as possible rather than being cosseted up in a buggy, this will keep him warm.
