I don't think I researched strollers and car seats for infants as much as I probably should have before buying a stroller.

I don't have either of these; but I will tell you what features I like/wish I had with my 8 month old:
- umbrella fold would definitely be handy...the one we have is small and hardly covers anything.
- treaded rubber tires; we have plastic ones on ours and they don't work very well on slippery floors (like in malls) or in snow (which is a concern where I live).
- large basket (I have the mommy hook, and I still find there isn't enough room for everything in our stroller lol.
- full recline position...for baby's comfort so they can sleep better and longer...mine doesn't recline all the way.

Other than that anything else would be considered luxury. I do like that my stroller fits well into small places (it is a 3 wheel stroller). And it's lightweight and easy to fold and put up.

But definitely pick one that is compatable with a car seat you want to use...if you aren't going to use the infant car seat in the stroller than you may as well just get a convertable car seat that stays in the car.

Good luck picking! Oh the hard decisions of parenthood haha.
References :
There was a huge recall on all Maclaren strollers! They apparently have been known to chop kids fingers off. Google it!

I have the Peg Pergeo, and love it! My husband and I got it second handed on Kijiji and only paid 150 for it, and its like brand new. We also got the matching car seat for $100! I think the whole thing would have costed around $800 if we bought it brand new. But even if we did have the money to buy it brand new I totally would have! Love it :D
