Children and Adult Have Different Bipolar Disorder

Bipolar disorder Symptoms differ in little children when you contrast them to the symptoms adults are having. The similarity between bipolar illness symptoms and symptoms of ADHD or or different conduct disorder problems in kids makes it somewhat complex to detect. There’s another problem with using ADHD medicine on children – it can cause a mania attack if that child has a bipolar disorder. One more example for the difference between grown-ups and children is that kids are likely to be extra restless during the mania phase of the bipolar disorder. Psychotic episodes are also much extra common with kids who have bipolar syndrome than they are with adults. It’s also easy to see a very big dissimilarity between kids and adults, in the duration of the sequence, being a good deal shorter with kids that it is with adults. Adults take weeks or even months to go through a complete phase, while it can take only one day for a child to go from mania to depression.
