To get rock hard abs you must learn how to get rock hard abs.

First you should clean up your diet. Limit junk food and eat natural foods like fruits, veggies, nuts, beans, and lean meats.

Eat 5-6 small meals a day. These should include a variety od protein, carbs,and fats.

Limit how much carbs you get in your diet. You should only eat foods like pasta, bread, and rice for breakfast and after a workout to replenish your energy levels.

Have more protein as well. Some great sources of protein include chicken, eggs, and cottage cheese.
