I would contact the radio station that you heard it on. 2003 is quite a long time ago in radio airplay terms, but they may be able to help you if its in some light recurring rotation. It might help us answerers if you gave more information about the song, too. Was it upbeat, rock, pop, gospel, hip-hop, punk? Was it a short or long song? Did it have a lot of instrumentation or just a piano or guitar accompanying? Did it have a lot of contrast, you know louder and softer parts?
