What do you think of this Obama is the antichrist stuff floating around on the web and bible radio?
If anyone in America believes this stuff we are doomed to a new dark age of ignorance in this country
I think its bullshit. Alot of people actually DO believe it though because as Americans, and citizens of the world in general, we have been conditioned to believe everything we read and see without question.

whos knows of ne good comprehensive web sites for ham radio propagation alerts?
just lookin for some good web sites for propagation forecasts i will google it, but thought somebody may have a good one or 2 they know of.
I don’t use a site , rather I use a web browser add-on called ‘Propfire’.
It runs in the unused portion of the browser page and is updated with the vital SF, A, K, and SSN figures automatically.

Were can I find a web page to study to find frequency privalages for HAM RADIO?
I am a Tec HAM radio operator and I am studying to get my general license ticket. The question I am currently stumped on is what frequency privileges am I allowed to use voice with a General license ticket. I REALLY need to know what web page is there I CAN find these answers on my own as I do not have a paper back book to study from
This answer will vary depending upon which region you live in.
For example , I am in Region 1 , which is Europe and for 20 meters I can operate phone (voice) 14101-14350khz
In the US a General can only use phone on 14225-14350khz.
Look here for the US band plans.
http://www.arrl.org/FandES/field/regulations/Hambands_color.pdf
So it all depends on where you are as to which rules you come under.
A site with interesting propagation info and antenna things that gives a good basis for learning is http://www.swdxer.co.nr

Does anyone make a home theater receiver that can tune in web radio natively (i.e. w/o the need of a pc)?
Basically I’m looking for a replacement of my old receiver which offered multiple inputs/outputs (was a Pioneer Elite 33tx) but with the added ability to tune in web radio. I’m not interested in streaming from my pc; I would like one interface to listen to cds, dvds, fm and internet radio.
No, you can’t tune into web radio without a pc. Otherwise how are you going to access the internet. Integra has a feature called net tunes, but you’ll have to hook the reciever up to a router via an ethernet cable. It will allow you to play web radio. Most web radio is low bandwith though.
