Website where i can download free techno music?

I want to know websites that dj upload music for other to listen and download, so pleas if any of you know i will thank for the help, I love techno music but is not the same when a dj made it, to when is just and album in the marketplace.

Here’s my best advice.

Try out EasyMovieConverter.com . It is a free online converter that is on the web page so there is nothing to install and is totally safe. It uses the HD versions of the Youtube videos, so you get a true 128kbps stereo and the highest video quality hands down. There are many options to boot such as mp3, video for windows, iPod, PSP, cell phones, and even MOV for mac.

Just a quick how-to to get up and using it fast:
1. Grab the link/website address to the video to convert from Youtube.
2. Go to http://www.EasyMovieConverter.com and enter the url on the text box on the main page.
3. Choose the type to convert it to.
4. Hit the download button. When it is converted, a button to proceed to the download page appears.
5. Download it, and enjoy.

Do I need a DJ Controller for making techno music?

I’m getting Cubase 5 And an M-Audio Oxygen 49 V3 Midi Keyboard controller for making techno/dance music and I started to think that I might need a DJ Controller / Console thing for Professional sounding mixing.

Please can you tell me if this is necessary or a luxury?

Thanks so much!

It’s a "nice to have", not a necessity. You can do everything from within Cubase and use a mastering VST when you are ready to mix down.

What are the differant styles of trance/techno music?

I have started listening to a lot of trance and techno music, but i am unclear on what the dividing lines are. Whats the differance between trance and techno? Further into trance, what are the differant styles of trance? I have heard of Soft, Hard, Dream, Mega, Nightcore, Vocal and maby one or two other styles. What sets these apart from one another?

sometimes, its the sounds. but mostly its how the song is played out. like trance has an intro and buildup and release, while techno is just repetative and higher bpm.

basically, its like whats the difference between classic rock and metal. the sounds are different and the songs have different layouts…..

perhaps this can help you

What is the difference between trance and techno music?

Could you give me some examples of trance and some example of techno?

trance:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8jHCi7g52U8

(notice the buildup of the tune and how the song is set up. it goes intro, buildup, release, main beat, then outro.)

techno:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ejm6jn9AFA0

(notice the high bpm, the repetativeness, and the fact that the song has no buildup, pretty much constant throughout)

Is there a program on the computer for making techno music?

I want to make techno music or really cool beats.. also if there is a program for electronic keyboard or anything.

Ejay makes a bunch of different programs for making dance/techno music, like Dance Ejay or Techno Ejay, its fairly cheap compared to others at around $40, u can download some samples from their site.

Ejay is more of an entry-level program, something more advanced with more options would be FL Studios, they too have a free demo on their site, its actually the full version of the software, which is great to try out and make sure it works on your computer and its something you really want, it costs around $200 I think, more if you want extra options I think.

uuu, crap, scratch that Ejay part, I just looked it up and they don’t have a website up anymore, should still be able to buy their stuff on ebay or something, lol.

What should I get my hubby, he wants a dj system, but he wants to make techno music.?

I haven’t been able to find any dj set ups that are for making your own techno music beats, they are all for being a dj, and adding to the beats already set into the system. So I really want to get him a techno dj system, but I don’t know anything about this kind of stuff. Thanks, and God bless you all. Happy holidays!

it cant be done within a day

i reccomend you get him lessons too

How do I make techno music?

I absolutely LOVE techno music. I really wanna learn how to make it but I don’t have the money for all the cool equipment that they had. Is there anything I can download for free online?? I tried one site and downloaded something, I forget what it was though, but it was this big black and silver thing with buttons EVERYWHERE! I couldn’t understand it. Please help.

You need a ‘digital audio workstation’

You will also need to get a better souind card for your computer. M audio do some slightly-better-than-consumer-level ones. TYhis would be good: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/m-audio-audiophile-2496-pro-soundcard-pc_W0QQitemZ130272243867QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Computing_ComputerComponents_SoundCards?hash=item130272243867&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1298|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3

Audacity is free. You can use that to assemble a song with samples and loops from a site that offers them for free (there’s lots out there, sites like this: http://www.freesound.org/packsViewSingle.php?id=837 )

Learning to use a DAW is a steep learning curve – but they aren’t complecated things and once you get over how daunting it is just to start you’ll pick it up faster and faster…

The big problem with Audacity is that it doesn’t support midi.

Ideally you would want to get a cheap(ish) trigger keyboard – one that just sends a midi signal and doesn’t have any sounds in itself – and then link that up with a DAW with a sample module (there’s lots of these out there – ’sampletank’ is good. So is ‘hypersonic 2′.

Cubase has very good midi editing facilities. It’s expensive though. (Although pirated copies of cubase sx3 are evrywhere, torrents, emule, everywhere, hypersonic 2 and sampletank 2′ can be downloaded as cracked versions too.) An example of how you do this sort of thing: You play a midi keyboard connected to your computer via USB (or you could enter the notes directly on a midi score editor and not use a keyboard at all) and that is connected to a virtual instrument (say hypersonic 2). You record some midi and it appears as notes on the ’score editor’. You can play those same notes through any instrument selected in hypersonic – from drums to keyboards to anything. You can move them around, change the volume of them, change the sustain. Using midi you could create any element that you wanted in your track…

It will be daunting at first but you’ll get the hang of it. Youtube has loads and loads of tutorial videos.

That you want to make techno music is great. You avoid the need for a super expensive sound card and expensive outboard preamps to record vocals/guitars/drums/stuff
