Whats the best Stroller out of these two?

Either the Maclaren Techno XT 2007 or the Chicco CT 0.4 Winter stroller Extreme 2007???

If you are buying them from a shop they usually let you take a ‘test drive’! I prefer Maclarens

Does the phil & teds footmuff (sleeping bag) fit onto a maclaren techno xt?

How about the quinny footmuff. Which is better for a tall toddler?

I’m not sure. Maybe you could check the web site or call the toll free number?

Can’t decide on which stroller to purchase……?

Between the Maclaren Techno XT, Maclaren Techno XLR and Peg Perego Pliko P3, which one is more worth the money? Meaning comfort, easy to use, weight/size, overall….

I would go with the Peg Perego Pliko P3 because it looks like it’d be more comfy for the baby and more worth the money…the other two don’t look as comfy. They in the end all look like they’d be the same with how easy they can be used but as stated above if you’d want something to jog in I’d get a different brand. Not to mention I like how the Peg Perego Pliko P3 looks :) but that’s just a plus.

Maclaren footmuff, are they any good?

Maclaren footmuff, are they any good?
Just purchased a mac xt techno and I am wondering if it worth getting a footmuff. Are they any good? I have experienced footmuff from other brands and they were not that good: too short, too wide so not protecting the child from the cold.
My daughter is one

you should have a look at the LODGER BUNKER FOOTMUFF. they’re the best out there..google it.

Is a snack tray necessary on a stroller?

I am in the process of purchasing a new stroller for my 5 month old little girl. I am struggling as to whether it is necessary to have a snack tray or not. Everyone seems to love the Maclaren strollers and they do not have a snack tray so it makes me believe that everyone must know something I don’t. However I am still conflicted… I am deciding between the Maclaren Techno and the Peg Perego Pliko 3. Any thoughts would be extremely helpful. Thanks
I had a Graco stroller but it is way to bulky and heavy. I am hoping this stroller will get her through her toddler years.

I needed a double stroller and there’s a little snack tray for each child. And it never really came in handy up until now. This past weekend at the family reunion there were over 100 people and I didn’t want to let my babies run. So they stayed in the stroller and I put a few Gerber puffs on the tray and their sippy cups, it was really handy. And mine also has a drink holder and small tray thing for mommy as well and that came in handy too. I’d say it’s not useful for an infant or for someone who won’t be using the stroller for extended periods.

Maclaren buggys – which model?

Hi have decided to go for a maclaren buggy – tried the techno xlr but it was too big when folded for my car boot. Thinking of the quest model – just wondering how this compares to other maclaren models and whether any others are preferable or better? Any advice gratefully received – Thanks.

Hi,
I used to work for Mothercare and you can’t go far wrong with a Maclaren.

The Techno is great, but a cheaper alternative is the Triumph (which I have for my one-year old). Its not suitable from birth as it doesn’t recline flat, but suitable from 3 months onwards (those three months just fly!) it does have an adjustable recline and a weathershield and its very light.

There is also a Volo but you only get the basic stroller and then have to add everying you need to it, I would steer clear.

Again, like a previous responder I didn’t buy from Mothercare I shopped around and got last year’s colours from a large Boots store for £35 less then half price. Always shop around for these large purchases and kiddicare is a great site.

Congrats on your new arrival.

Who owns a Maclaren stroller?

I want to buy a maclaren lightweight stroller and I’m trying to decide which one is best…triumph, quest, techno…I know they’re expensive so I’d rather not get the MOST expensive thing out there, but I don’t like the Volo because it doesn’t recline.

If you own or have owned one-what’s your opinion? Why do you love or not love your stroller? Thanks!

My best friend has the techno. I love her stroller. It pushes so easy and it rolls smoothly. I was cheap when we bought a stroller and it didn’t last very long. My BFF has had hers for a while, her baby is almost a year. And it is still in great shape.

Hope it helps.

What is the lightest twin stroller on the market?

I am looking for a double stroller. I am petite and I wish to get the lightest one, but one that has a full recline (for infants). It would be great if it was compatable with a car seat (if not, still ok). I am looking at Maclaren Twin Techno. Any opinions?

I have the Valco Runabout Tri-mode Twin. I LOVE IT…. but it’s expensive ($650)… I wanted something more substantial than an umbrella stroller so I could take it jogging or over rougher terrain than the mall…

It’s not super heavy, and it pushes like a dream.
