which one would u buy
i am due to have bay 3 in jan/feb being looking at buggies as u do and i use buses and taxis abit still learning to drive!!! which one of these would u buy

or any advice on buggies u have had i dont think the second one folds down with seat unit on……
I have the maclaren techno xlr but the travel system in the pink as i have a daughter and its fab. very light weight, easy to push and get on and off buses as i live in london and dont drive this is essential. It reclines fully so is suitable from birth to approx 4 years, has a lovely suede removeable liner and head huger, abjustable handle heights( my partner is 6′4 so i must), the hood un- zips and basicaly folds over so is great for the summer to shade and great for windy days to and is a umbrella fold so really easy to collapse with 1 hand which i have had to do on many occasions. if you have any more questions feel free to mail me.

Pram question?
im due in about 2 weeks time and i am getting the pram tomorrow, but i need some advice just to make sure im making the right choice. i have decided to get the Maclaren techno xt, as its from birth onwards, just wondering if anyone has had one and actually used it from birth? would the baby be ok to go in it straight away? i doubt i will go anywhere for the first couple of weeks at least, but after that is it safe enough? i didnt want to get a travel system and then the Maclaren pushchair as they cost £160 alone as it is but i really like Maclaren pushchairs!! Any advice and help will be greatly appreciated. thanks.
well, i am in the states and you are OBVOIUSLY somewhere in europe 
so i do not know of the exact one you are reffering to…BUT if the stroller (pram) will recline back then there should be NO problem using them after birth!
i, myself preffer the travel systems so i can snap the infant carrier right in the stroller and not have to worry about it!

Choosing a pram?
I was hoping you could give me some advice on prams. I’ve had a look at some and these are the ones I like:
Maclaren Techno xt
Graco travel system (winnie the pooh)
Mamas and papas java aria travel system
Mamas and papas pramette (but probably wouldn’t fit in my car)
I drive and i’m not very strong so preferably one that’s small and not too heavy to get in and out of the car. I walk a bit too, usually around town. So which one do you think I should go for?? Any reviews or advice on them will be much appreciated.

I had the Mamas and papas pramette and even with a ford Mondeo I found it took up most of the boot due to the length. One of the other young mums in my group started with the same and then went for an XT, she prefered this one saying that it actually felt sturdier than the Prammette. It was interesting that she did not drive though. I really valued the 3 in 1 system to get baby in and out of the car, especially in the winter.
The Mamas and papas java aria wasn’t around when I had Peter, but given that it is cheaper and lighter than the Pramette, I would be tempted to go for this one now.

I really need 1 surely i can get one from somewhere ?? !!!?
hiya i have just purchased the new maclaren techno xlr and i am really annoyed it dosnt have a cup holder for the amount of money they cost !!
Surely you can get one to fit ? any ideas as to wear to get 1 as i am always on the go and really need 1 ?????????
maclaren makes an accessory that fits over the handles that has two cupholders and a bag with a couple compartments; it’s what i use on mine…i think it’s called ‘universal organizer’ or something, but you should be able to find one at babies r us..

What are the differences between the Quest Sport, Quest Mod, Techno Classic, Techno XT, and Techno XLR besides seat positions.

What pushchair?
Is it really worth spending the extra money on a Bugaboo system? The other pushchair I am considering is a Maclaren Techno, which is much cheaper and lighter.
It’s definatley worth spending decent money, your baby needs to be safe! Mamas and Papas do some lovely buggys too, have a look :

which stroller for my newborn?
Im due to have my baby on 29th August. Im looking for a good quality stroller suitable for a newborn. I dont want a travel system. I want a lightweight practical stroller that is comfortable for baby and easy to use. We have a car but when my partner is working during the week I use public transport.Ive heard the Maclaren Techno XT is good. Anybody got any advice on the Maclaren or perhaps a different stroller that you have has ticked all the right boxes?? Please help as Ive been looking for one for a while but there are too many to choose from and Id like to buy one that has good reviews from other mums. Thank you!!!
go for XT because if it rains and you forget rain cover the hood zips down further to cover the pram.its light and i am going to miss mine but i am pregnant again and need a tandem!lol

I’m almost 26 weeks pregnant with my daughter and needing to decide which pram to buy. With your first baby did you use a travel system or a proper pram (the lie flat back types)? As i’m unsure which to get. We are planning on trying for another baby when this one is a year old as we want close age gaps, so preferably one that’s not too expensive as we will need a double pram next time. A friend suggested a stroller type such as the maclaren techno xt as then it can be used for the next baby, whereas a pram won’t be. I only like either that one, a graco travel system or m&p pramette. What do you think I should go for?
Well im only 7 weeks and have started to get excited and have looked at the graco quattro travel system in the black with velvet sections its go every thing a lay down carry cot part the sit up normal buggy type and a car seat its lovely, also once you buy a larger car seat for the first child the second child can use the small one again ideal at £239 my sister had a graco and she loved it.
