Ok so i came back from vaction and my computer is acting up, i think i have a virus!?
I am wondering if somone can help me clean it up to remove the virus. When i’m on the internet or just listening to the web radio, i get alot of pop ups and my pop up blocker is enabled. i already did a disc clean up and removed the unfamilier programs. i did a virus scan but i’m still getting pop up’s (ex: computer doctor program, christian mingle, rocketreward group, i dont even know know wat these things are) please somone help me!!!

Why does Obama and the left hate free speech?
Most Americans are sleepwalking right now through the early reign of Obama the Magnificant. He tells them he is cutting spending, cutting taxes, and cutting the deficit, and they believe him. When they find in 2010 and 2011 that he deliberately misled them and has been doing just the opposite, and they are deep in the soup as a result, public opinion will turn decisively against him.
Meanwhile, our "mainstream media," which should be called the Party Controlled Press, are quite successfully maintaining the smokescreen in promoting the Obama propaganda line, acting as slavishly as Pravda and Izvestia did towards the Kremlin in the old Soviet Union. This is the beginning of the end of free speech in America.
Next is to target the remaining holdouts, primarily conservative talk radio and the Christian broadcasters. Then the Internet. And if Fox News doesn’t stop airing independent voices, and learn to toe the party line, the Obaman Left will further browbeat them.
Because Obama’s agenda is to destroy the U.S.
With friends like Ayers, and Rashid Khalidi, his oft expressed admiration a radical like Saul Alinsky, a pastor like Rev. Wright, and supporters like Louis Farrakhan……., how could so many people be so blind as to elect Obama.
Obama is a poser. Wake up!

I figured since the majority in here like to argue about evolution vs a creator that I would bring some?
Politics into the mix. What do you think about this?
Sitting in front of our new Congress, under House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, there is a proposal to designate churches, pastors, religious denominations, public interest organizations, and other non-profit groups as ”lobbyists.”
Currently, lobbyists must register with the government – this new bill expands the definition of ”lobbyist” to include any church or organization that strives to influence public opinion!
This legislation will drastically affect the operation of churches that speak out on major moral and political issues and Christian organizations using TV, radio, or the Internet to mobilize citizens around an issue.
Plus, many churches, especially larger churches with TV and radio ministries, would be subject to registration as a lobbying organization – and – failure to register under this new law could result in criminal prosecution – fines of up to $100,000, six years in prison – even ten years in some cases.

I don’t see how people didn’t know that Nancy Pelosi and her liberal gang would ruin The United States of America. They are the ones who want absolute control and are trying to keep the American people in the dark. This issue does not just apply to religious organizations. It applies to any group that seeks the truth in Washington, DC and passes that information along to the public. It’s disgusting!

Fundamentalist Christians, what would your utopia look like?
Imagine you had total control over America. What would America look like?
What laws would you pass?
What would we teach in schools?
What would media look like? (TV, radio, film, print media and internet content)
This is a serious question- thanks for your answer.
My utopia would be very different, I think, from a lot of the others here. Mine would require that people understand principles and live their lives according to the principles. When people do that, there’s no need for laws or rules.
Principles would include concepts like understanding (or at least a much better understanding than most people currently have) of the Plan of Salvation aka Plan of Happiness. Just having a better understanding of this concept would help people have a mighty change of heart needed to live by principles and not by laws or rules.
I once heard someone say that God gives principles, and when Man can not live by them, he gives laws (or commandments) and when society has deteriorated even further, and can no longer live by commandments, rules are given. As an example, the rule is you may only walk down the hall if you walk with your hands behind your back. The command is No horse playing in the halls. The principle is be respectful of others.
In my ideal world there wouldn’t be a need for certain professionals because the honor system would work for everyone. No more lawyers, politicians (but there would be a centralized government with competent government workers), accountants, store clerks to take your money, perhaps not even a need for money guards, military.
Media would be severely pared down from where it is now. A weather channel, a news channel – no real need for reporters/talking heads, and certainly not a need for "entertainment news" or tabloid journalism, and channels for other wholesome entertainment, but the need for a bazillion different specialized types of media wouldn’t be needed. The internet is a valuable tool for learning, and RTVF would still exist, but would not have NEAR the hold on the people it currently has. And there wouldn’t be professional sports. People would have real jobs that would benefit the people in their community.
There wouldn’t be any contention, or jealousy. People would just naturally get along.
The media would be sort of like it was in the early days of tv – clean.
Schools would teach truth, and since everyone got along and there was no contention, a definition of what truth is, or who’s truth wouldn’t be an issue. All fields of study still in existence would be taught. Math, science, languages, history, critical thinking skills, homemaking, auto mechanics, computer info sys, crafts and trades (how to fix broken stuff and come up with better stuff – electricians, HVAC, plumbers, etc).
But I’m not talking about having a bunch of Stepford families either.
There would just be peace.
Ok, ready for people to say how stupid this sounds, but it is what I see as an ideal society – at least more ideal than what we have.

Can anyone help me find this Bible verse in Psalms??
OK so I read this one verse a long time ago on KLOVE’s (the Christian radio station) website under their "encouraging word of the day" section. I loved it! Only problem is I was dumb and forgot to mark it in my Bible. It was also over 30 days ago so it’s no longer in their archives. Now I can’t remember the verse or where I can find it… only that it is from Pslams : ( It went something along the lines of "I can rest my head and still my heart for the Lord knows my anxieties" or "all is in the hands of God" or something like that…
I can’t remember it to save my life! Over 45 minutes were spent searching on the Internet for it… I’m so disappointed because I really, really liked that verse. It brought me peace. If some one could please help me find it (or knew what verse I was talking about) I would be so sooo very thankful.

I have a haunting, how do I permanently get rid of it?
ABOUT THE HAUNTING:
Ok, it all started back in 2000…I think…
It all started back in 2002, but I never paid attention to it. A spirit knock my window like a door. In 2003, I did a really stupid thing! I was drawing satanic symbols for fun (NOTE: I wan’t satanic, but I thought the symbols looked cool). Anyway, I think drawing those symbols made it stronger. I did eventually stop, thank god.
Here’s how the spirit behaves:
The spirit doesn’t do anything, except pester me at night. It doesn’t talk or make unsudden noises, but its presence can be felt when I stay up late listening to Internet radio—cold. It has attacked me, I’m guessing because I’m Christian—-it hit me in my head, left a bump. When I sleep & when I wake up while I’m in bed, it holds my body to the bed. I can’t move my body. I try using my ki to attack, but it takes me too long to develop a ki powerful enough to weaken it. Saying "Jehovah" weakens it more, but doesn’t get rid of it.
Anyways, how can I get rid of this spirit, PERMANENTLY?

Where do Christians get all the money they spend to promote their agenda?
My city has at least five radio stations and three TV stations devoted exclusively to Christian programming. And this is just in one city. In the whole country there must be hundreds of these Christian radio and TV stations. Apparently some Christian groups have enough money to buy these stations and pay the employees that operate them.
Now look at the web. There are thousands (literally) of websites that have been created to promote Chrisiianity. Somebody has to pay the hosting expenses for all of these websites. Somebody also has to pay for all the thousands of internet ads that try to get you to visit these sites. None of this is cheap.
Even if an archbishop sold all of his diamonds and jewels, it wouldn’t be enough to pay for for even a fraction of what is being spent in this way.
Where do Christians get all this money? And instead of spending it to promote their agenda, why don’t they give it to charities that help orphans and blind people?
christians send in money to "purchase" good karma — i’ve seen a televangelists say that if you send him 200 dollars you will get so many blessings from god and if you send 2000 dollars you will get even more. The concept and business of God is the greatest hoax ever pulled on unsuspecting humanity.

Would it be better for the USA if Islamic rule "ruled" the United States?
